Cedars Montessori School

How To Apply

Are you interested in applying to our school?

We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process.

Contact our Admissions Office

It’s never too early to begin the application process. Our Admissions office can be reached via phone or email. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for.

Tell Us About Your Child

Before we schedule a tour, we will need a few details about your child.

We’ll Be In Touch to Schedule a Tour

After receiving your child’s information, we will reach out to schedule your tour.

Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings. This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your visit will start with a tour of the school, followed by a chance to sit and observe a class at work. Before you leave, you will have an opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any questions you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only.

After your tour, if you would like to secure a spot on our waitlist, there will be a $150 non-refundable application fee.

Secure Your Child’s Enrollment

If your child is accepted for enrollment, there is a $350 enrollment fee that will billed through your Brightwheel account. This payment will secure your child's placement.

Parent Reviews

We love the expansive Cedars campus that provides endless opportunities for gardening and wilderness education, connecting with nature, exploration, and most importantly space to play!

— Ashley C.

We love that the highly knowledgeable and well-trained guides are engaging and effective teachers who accurately assess our children's strengths and areas for growth through observation, and use that insight to best support the children in their development and growth!
